At Abrar Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Please note that:
Threads, fabrics, yarns, and craft materials that have been opened, cut, or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality reasons.
Customized or special-order items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Process
To start a return:
Contact us at support@new.abrarstore.com or via our Contact Us page.
Provide your order number, item details, and a brief reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval, as this may delay your refund process.
3. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund once verified.
